Mr. Kim in North Korea

Since my last name is Kim, I could be related to Mr. Kim in North Korea who is making global history. I don't personally know Jong Un, but I do not think he is making an informed decision if he really plans to start a global war. I pray for the people and families in North Korea who will suffer as casualties of war if that happens.
